He merely lays out the basics and then goes even deeper into what you need to know, and you can make the judgement call. All in all, I would say that the things laid out in this survival guide are not things that you would normally think of, but they are definitely things that you need to know in case disaster strikes. There are very few guides out there with the info presented like it is in this guide.
